In the 1990s, Akbar began his journey by manufacturing gloves and later expanded into leather production. He started selling leather across Pakistan.

In 2010, he expanded into textile product manufacturing, followed by the launch of fabric production in 2012. Prior to this, in 2005, he had already established a strong foundation by starting the manufacturing of various leather products.
